Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a strong liaison between Eye Level Franchisor and Franchisee to ensure seamless operations
  • Verify that franchisees adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies at all times
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and resolve franchisee issues promptly
  • Conduct regular visits to franchises (at least 4 times per year) to observe operations, provide consultation for continuous improvement, and track progress closely
  • Support franchisees in addressing customer complaints related to Eye Level Learning Centre operations effectively
  • Collaborate with franchisees on new and current product launches/marketing campaigns to ensure effective communication with parents
  • Maintain marketing materials according to HQ's design and requirements meticulously

Marketing Support:

  • Develop targeted strategies to communicate new products to parents through various channels
  • Create and send SMS messages to franchisees on important announcements promptly
  • Review and proofread notifications to parents/letters regarding new policies of Eye Level learning centre carefully

General Support:

  • Participate in meetings to review center visit results, discuss franchisee issues, and find solutions collaboratively
  • Assist in planning the yearly Direction Seminar and participate in outreach activities/events proactively
  • Support Country Manager in operational aspects including franchise development, product development, outlet promotions, and other promotional activities efficiently

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with proven success
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, e-mail) with an aptitude to learn internal systems quickly
  • Excellent multitasking ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to drive results
  • Positive attitude and high energy to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Leadership skills and operations management experience to lead teams effectively
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore regularly
