We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to provide support to our insurance litigation team. As an Insurance Litigation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Job DescriptionAs an Insurance Litigation Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to our insurance litigation team, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
- Working independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, and ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in handling confidential information and maintaining confidentiality.
