Job Title: Tax and Treasury Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Treasury Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and managing our treasury operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Transfer Pricing: Prepare, review, and validate Transfer Pricing documentation prepared by external advisors, ensuring alignment with Group policies and financials.
  • Tax Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Accounting, Treasury) and external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Documentation and Remuneration Models: Oversee TP documentation and related-party remuneration models.
  • CIT and Withholding Tax Filings: Assist in Singapore Corporate Income Tax (CIT) compliance matters and withholding tax filings.
  • Query Response: Respond to queries from IRAS, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders on Transfer Pricing and tax-related matters.
  • Related Party Transaction Forms: Prepare Singapore Related Party Transaction Forms.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support in ad-hoc projects such as cross-border transactions, restructuring, and M&A.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (professional qualifications such as SIATP/ISCA preferred).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tax, with exposure to accounting, audit, or industry functions.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong foundation in Singapore Transfer Pricing regulations; working knowledge of CIT, GST, and withholding tax.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in tax preparation, computations, and TP documentation is an advantage.
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP); Big 4 or MNC tax department experience is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive as a collaborative team player.
