Job Title: Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Brand Ambassador to represent our selected FMCG brand at Changi airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the selected FMCG brand at Changi airport, creating brand awareness and sales.
  • Give out samples to customers and approach them to introduce them to the selected brand.
  • Monitor promotion effectiveness and provide relevant feedback related to ongoing promotion activities.
  • Perform housekeeping, merchandising, and carry stocks as required.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and strong work ethic.
  • Sales-driven mindset with effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum pass in English at N or O levels or its equivalent.
  • Experience and passion in the beauty industry, understanding the importance of brand image in luxury.
  • Fluent in English and basic Chinese selling sentences.
  • Good time attendance and grooming (uniform will be provided).
