Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our organization in Singapore. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to analyze business requirements and determine how they can be incorporated into our product roadmap and project schedule.

  • The Analyst will also analyze industry trends, collaborate with the Business Owner to develop use cases, and document end-to-end business operations flows in collaboration tools like Confluence or JIRA.
  • The Analyst will assist the Service Manager in organizing the backlog, sequencing tasks, and working closely with the development team during project execution.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, understanding business owner problems, and providing digital product development expertise.
  • Analyze industry trends and develop use cases, documenting them clearly in collaboration tools.
  • Perform data-driven analyses, using data to solve problems, and communicate effectively.
  • Break down end-user requirements into actionable items, organizing them in collaboration tools.
  • Facilitate efficient meetings, keeping relevant stakeholders updated, and making informed decisions.
  • Ccoordinate with various stakeholders and project team members to ensure project success and assist the Service Manager with project management monitoring tasks.

  • Solid communication skills and ability to take initiative.
