Join a dynamic team seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Enforcement Training Manager. This is a challenging opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can leverage your skills and experience to drive results.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to review and implement competency frameworks and training roadmaps for enforcement. You will also manage and review training courses and programmes to ensure they remain relevant and aligned to the competency requirements and training needs. Additionally, you will monitor and track staff training roadmap completion as part of their career progression.
