Job Title: Maintenance & Service Manager (Chiller / ACMV)

Job Description:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all maintenance and servicing activities for chiller systems, ensuring timely and effective execution.

    In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.

    You will develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of chiller systems.

    Diagnose and resolve technical issues with chillers, implementing effective repair solutions to maintain optimal system performance.

    Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on maintenance activities and addressing any concerns or queries.

    Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

    At least 2-3 years of working experience in chiller maintenance and service.

    Strong understanding of chiller systems and components.

Benefits:
