Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our reliability strategy across semiconductor foundry operations.

This role is critical in ensuring the long-term performance, quality, and robustness of our products and processes, supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the foundry-wide reliability roadmap aligned with business and customer requirements.
  • Reliability Program Management: Oversee reliability testing, qualification, and failure analysis for new technologies and products.
  • Team & Capability Building: Build and mentor a high-performing reliability engineering team.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the technical point of contact for customer reliability audits and inquiries.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and predictive modeling to identify reliability risks and optimize test strategies.
Requirements

A minimum Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering. At least 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage people.

Deep knowledge of reliability physics, failure mechanisms, and industry qualification standards (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q100). Proven track record in leading reliability programs in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in foundry or fabless semiconductor environments. Familiarity with advanced packaging (e.g., CoWoS, InFO), FinFET, or RF technologies. Hands-on experience with reliability tools (e.g., HTOL, HAST, EM, TDDB) and statistical analysis.
