We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to drive strategic initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial plans, conduct variance analysis, and identify trends to inform business decisions.
  2. Business Partnerships: Collaborate with regional teams to evaluate the financial impact of operational and strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  3. Regional Budgeting and Forecasting: Consolidate budget and forecast data, prepare leadership-ready decks, and support the implementation of group-wide planning frameworks.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance against plans, flag key deviations early, and ensure timely follow-up actions at the country level.
  5. Reporting and Process Improvement: Streamline reporting workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Finance Initiatives and Controls: Lead cross-market finance initiatives, reinforce internal controls, and serve as the regional point of contact for global finance counterparts.
  7. Close and Analysis: Coordinate monthly close activities, compile regional performance results, and deliver clear, insight-driven analysis to senior stakeholders.
  8. Audit and Compliance: Assist with internal and external audit requirements, maintain documentation for regulatory compliance, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or business partnering, preferably in regional or multi-country environments.
  • Skills: Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools, comfortable working with Excel, and familiar with data visualization tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage timelines independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and geographies.
