Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Eyelash Extension Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for applying individual and volume eyelash extensions according to client preferences and lash health. You will also perform lash lifts and tints with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply individual and volume eyelash extensions according to client preferences and lash health.
  • Perform lash lifts and tints with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and any potential allergies or sensitivities.
  • Recommend the best lash style and length based on the client's eye shape, natural lash condition, and preferences.
Client Consultation and Care:
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for all clients.
  • Educate clients on lash care routines and aftercare to ensure the longevity and health of the lashes.
  • Address any client questions or concerns regarding lash treatments and products.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety guidelines, including the proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for lash application and care.
Inventory and Product Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels of lash products and supplies, and report any shortages to the studio manager.
  • Recommend and sell lash care products and services to clients, contributing to studio sales goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the lash industry.
Team Collaboration and Professional Development:
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback and support to colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate client records, including lash treatment history and preferences.
  • Schedule client appointments and handle bookings as needed.
  • Assist in studio promotional activities and events to attract new clients.
