A Senior Software Professional is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale distributed systems. They collaborate with various teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Software Solutions: Create clean, reusable, and well-tested code using Object-Oriented programming techniques and design patterns.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, Project Managers, and other teams to design software solutions that meet client needs.
- Implement Continuous Delivery Practices: Utilize DevSecOps tools and practices to deliver software quickly and efficiently while ensuring security and quality.
- Act as a Mentor: Share knowledge and expertise with junior colleagues and help them grow in their careers.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in two or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript) and comfort with the latest Object-Oriented technology.
- Professional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, and willingness to share expertise through speaking engagements, open-source contributions, and blogging.
