Job Title: Growth Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our Go To Market Strategy, demand generation, and pipeline growth in the Asia Pacific Market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing strategy development, execution, and analysis. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute region-specific strategies to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture leads through the funnel to sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Collaborate with APAC and Global Marketing teams to design and implement campaigns that accelerate pipeline velocity
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably in the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
