Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our healthcare operations team in the Singapore region. This is a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare team. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate and manage the workings of various departments within the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication between teams.

* Strategic Input: Liaise with top management to assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity, and implement and manage operational plans to achieve business objectives.

* Financial Management: Review financial statements and data to identify areas for cost optimization and improvement, prepare and control operational budgets, and monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.

* Best Practices: Improve processes and policies to support organizational goals, formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output, and monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.

* Human Resources: Plan the use of human resources, organize recruitment and placement of required staff, establish organizational structures, delegate tasks and accountabilities, establish work schedules, supervise staff, and monitor and evaluate performance.

* Production and Quality Control: Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution of goods, monitor performance and implement improvements, ensure quality of products, manage quality and quantity of employee productivity, manage maintenance of equipment and machinery, and provide technical support where necessary.

* Communication and Customer Service: Monitor, manage, and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance, facilitate coordination and communication between support functions, manage customer support, plan and support sales and marketing activities, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

* Education: A minimum diploma or degree in any field.

* Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with relevant experience being an advantage.

* Skills: Excellent communication skills, good management skills of team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
