Early Childhood Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing daily programs for infants, as well as providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily programs for infants, focusing on developmental and care-giving tasks
  • Attend to the health, hygiene, and safety needs of infants
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the best possible care for infants under their care
  • Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and activities
  • Conduct regular assessments of infant development, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support for infants

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development, or Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (with certificate in Infant/Toddler Care)
  • First Aid Certificate recognized by ECDA
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
