Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud. This role requires a strong emphasis on adherence to asset management regulations and compliance standards across operational regions.
As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring cloud systems for performance, security, and cost efficiency; proactively identifying optimization opportunities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Product) to build cloud-native solutions and troubleshoot cloud issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud
- Maintain adherence to asset management regulations and compliance standards
- Monitor cloud systems for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cloud-native solutions
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with a strong emphasis on Google Cloud
- Background in the financial services industry, particularly knowledge of asset management regulations
- Proficiency in cloud security, networking, and cost optimization
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect)
