About the Role:

We are seeking a mid-senior level professional to support our APAC leadership team, reporting to the Head of Expansion. This role will be pivotal in strategically enabling and accelerating key initiatives across APAC markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management and analytics with the ability to work collaboratively across various functions and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the APAC Head of Expansion and Product Director in owning and continuously optimising the quarterly planning process for the APAC teams.
  • Proactively collaborate with our Analytics team to synthesise and present critical data insights and performance metrics across all APAC markets.
  • Drive the strategic agenda and content development for key APAC leadership forums, including Monthly Business Reviews and strategy offsites.
  • Lead and manage ad-hoc cross-functional projects in APAC, such as research on new market entry opportunities.
  • Support the APAC Operations Director to streamline processes and track OKR performance.
