Worship Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Worship Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Worship & Music ministry, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and managing various aspects of our worship services.

Job Description

The Worship Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Pastors and other team members to plan and implement worship services;
  • Coordinating logistics and arrangements for guest speakers, musicians, and other personnel;
  • Managing the worship service schedule and ensuring smooth transitions between services;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on worship service attendance and participation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of biblical principles and their application in worship;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
