**Job Title:** Modern Dance Instructor

Role Summary:

Our esteemed dance academy is seeking an experienced and passionate modern dance instructor to lead dynamic classes for school-aged kids. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dance performance, choreography, or teaching, with excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and teach engaging modern dance classes focusing on technique, choreography, and performance skills.
  • Inspire confidence, discipline, and creativity in students through interactive and immersive learning experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive class environment that fosters growth and development in all students.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching dance or related field.
  • Strong background in modern dance, with training in choreography, performance, and teaching techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to commit to a 6-month term.
