Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Abundant Life Planners Pte Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Financial Services Consultants, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administration support and perform various tasks as assigned by the manager or director.
  • Assist Financial Services Consultants in handling customer requests and inquiries.
  • Liaise with different departments to facilitate FSCs' queries on pending underwriting or claims processes and existing customers' enquires.
  • Generate policy summary reports for clients and follow up on pending requirements.
  • Offer direct administrative support to FSCs, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and directing customers' enquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings, training sessions, or webinars.

Competencies:

  • You will develop proficiency in using online platforms to assist FSCs in their client's requests.
  • You will learn how to engage with clients and FSCs professionally.
  • You will become proficient in designing creative PowerPoint presentations for trainings or webinars.
  • You will enhance your skills in telephone techniques and handling objections.

Training Allowance and Benefits:

* A competitive training allowance of $1,800 per month (fresh graduates) or $2,200 per month (mature mid-career individuals).

Requirements:

  • This position is open to recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature).
  • Fresh graduates should possess ITE certification and above.
  • Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
  • Candidates must be Singaporean/PR and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to multitask efficiently, meticulous and detailed, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and able to work together as a team and independently with minimal supervision.
