Transaction Management Specialist

  • This role provides opportunities to grow professionally, developing expertise in legal advisory and transaction management.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, making sound judgments on various situations.
Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Transaction Management

  • Assist in the structuring of transactions, negotiation of transaction documents, and liaison with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  • Develop skills in reviewing and negotiating deal-specific legal documentation, including NDAs, NRLs, mandate letters, term sheets, loan agreements, and security documentation.
Key Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and products.
