Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at A & ONE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily inspections of facility plant equipment, performing periodic maintenance of machines, and ensuring that all potential environmental impacts are minimized and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct daily inspections of facility plant equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
  2. Perform periodic maintenance of machines, including routine checks and repairs, to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  3. Develop and implement schedule and preventive maintenance works to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment.
  4. Respond to breakdowns and assist in repair works, escalating calls for vendor support as necessary.
  5. Update and maintain records of plant equipment and machinery, including spare parts lists and purchase requisitions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a preference for NTC or Diploma qualifications.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of equipment, with a focus on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
