Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Treatment Coordinator. This position acts as a liaison between patients and dental professionals, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to treatment completion.

The Treatment Coordinator is both patient advocate and service ambassador, assisting patients in understanding their treatment options, managing schedules and finances, and providing ongoing support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for new and existing patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Explain treatment plans and costs clearly to patients, and assist with payment arrangements or insurance claims.
  • Support dentists and hygienists in preparing and presenting treatment plans.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling of additional resources (e.g. specialists, anesthetists).
  • Handle patient inquiries (treatment, financial, insurance) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track patient progress, follow up post-treatment, and maintain strong patient relationships.
  • Monitor treatment acceptance and contribute to improving patient conversion and retention rates.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a dental clinic, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or high-end customer service role.
  • Knowledge of basic dental or medical procedures preferred (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments in simple terms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing schedules and administrative processes.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and with strong personal warmth — able to build rapport easily and put patients at ease.
