Lecturer - Smart Facility Management Specialist

As a Lecturer in Smart Facility Management at ITE College East, you will play a critical role in recognizing and nurturing your students' potential and their lifelong learning needs. Your contributions will go beyond teaching and facilitating learning, as you will be involved in industry or consultancy projects to remain relevant in your profession and adapt to evolving changes in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out industry or consultancy projects to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.
- Maintain strong linkages with industry and schools through regular industry attachments or experiences.
- Teach and facilitate learning in the field of Smart Facility Management.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Facility Management sector.
- Experience in the adoption or implementation of Smart Facility Management, BIM for FM, Building IoT, and Data Analytics.
- Good knowledge of building operations and maintenance, including Building Management Systems, Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Systems, and building security systems in large industrial or commercial buildings.
Those with relevant experience can look forward to Senior Lecturer or equivalent positions, with opportunities for career development to leadership positions in the Colleges or Headquarters.
