Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of card game products. Your primary responsibilities will include schedule management, overseeing the development process, and liaising with Japanese companies to ensure smooth collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral. They should also have minimum JLPT N3 competency and be meticulous with details. Additionally, they must be adept at working independently and as part of a team, with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates daily and for localisation (Minimum JLPT N3 competency required)
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
  • Have some knowledge in games or anime
  • Adept at working both independently and in a team
  • Effective decision-making skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Sensitive to cultural and linguistic nuances
  • Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
  • Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
