">Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transportation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and delivery of goods/cargo on a timely manner, ensuring effective time management and strong driving skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and clearance agents in a professional manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential for this role.

As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate completion of delivery notes, signed by customers and in compliance with company standards. You will also need to submit relevant documentation to customs for endorsements and permit scanning clearances for both inbound and outbound goods if required.

Additional responsibilities include retrieving cargo/shipments from clearance agents at airports, conducting customer clearance of shipments, scanning and sending shipments back to service station, and unloading shipments with care from vehicle. You will also be responsible for loading cargo/shipments onto vehicle, scanning and sending shipments to airport, monitoring shipments to airlines if required, and maintaining company vehicles on a weekly basis.
