Specialist Air Conditioning Systems

The Opportunity

  • We seek a skilled specialist for air conditioning systems to join our team.

The Talent

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Air Conditioning or related qualification required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical/mechanical building engineering is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are required.

The Job

  • Resolve technical issues with air conditioning products or control systems.
  • Provide training to internal/external teams and installers on air conditioning system functionality.
  • Manage and handle calls requesting technical support (service / maintenance).
  • Collaborate with the Service Department/Partner for service enquiries.
  • Maintain high product quality through continuous monitoring and setting warning systems for products, commissioning, installation, or maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot air conditioning system faults.
  • Commission new installations and ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve any queries or concerns.
  • Support installers/partners with installations and on-site technical support.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Awareness of industry-standard software and hardware solutions.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.
