GARTNER ADVISORY (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive maximum value from their Gartner membership.

About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will work closely with senior C-level executives and junior client professionals in the ANZ, Southeast Asia, and South Korea region to deliver exceptional client success. Your primary objective will be to onboard clients, introduce Gartner services, and stimulate client engagement of products used by large client teams.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Building, developing, and managing relationships with a variety of clients to ensure they are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Introducing Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicating value to decision-makers.
  • Facilitating client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return on investment on their Gartner membership.
  • Collaborating with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
  • Conducting regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metrics.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Full working proficiency in both English and Korean to effectively manage client relationships in South Korea, ANZ, and Southeast Asia.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
