Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at CTM, the Islandwide Supervisors will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for briefing Cleaners on the itinerary of areas to be cleaned for the day, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary cleaning tools and that these tools are functional before commencing work.

The Islandwide Supervisors will also be responsible for briefing and reminding Cleaners on safety procedures before each day's work, as well as instructing them on more efficient cleaning techniques as and when possible.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Islandwide Supervisors must have prior cleaning experience, be able to communicate effectively in English, and possess WSQ Certifications (although this is not mandatory).
