Welding Process Quality Assurance Specialist

The Welding Process Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of welding processes in various industries. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities:- Conducting material inward inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
- Verifying the accuracy of pipe spools and support systems through dimensional checks, alignment, and visual inspections.
- Performing line checks, hydro testing, air blowing, flushing, chemical cleaning, reinstatement, bolt tightening, N2 leak testing, gross air leak testing, N2 blanketing, and punch clearance operations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in welding inspection or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
