Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and are looking to take their career to the next level.
About the Role:
The Executive Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all guests and visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, escorting them to the appropriate room and conducting a welcome script
- Attending to inquiries from staff and courier services, as well as receiving mail and recording reminders
- Offering beverages to management staff and external guests, and arranging for staff to serve accordingly
- Checking meeting room setup standards, floral arrangements, and reporting facility faults
- Providing accurate directions to meeting venues and office locations of various units
- Maintaining a list of amenities and facilities in the neighboring area, including operating hours and contact information
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimally GCE 'O' Level
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Previous experience as a customer service executive is highly desirable
Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of SGD $2800 - $3000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career progression and professional development.
