Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring efficient operation of audiovisual equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive attitude, guest orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

  • Repair and troubleshoot air conditioning, refrigerated, and electrical systems throughout the hotel.
  • Service, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ensure audiovisual equipment and systems operate within manufacturers' specifications.
  • Carry out planned maintenance programs as directed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas, addressing unsightly issues promptly.
  • Respond to service requests within 12 minutes.
  • Check mechanical and electrical systems, including servicing and checking system control circuits.
