Radiology Nurse Position Overview

As a key member of our healthcare team, the Radiology Nurse will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional radiology services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in radiology nursing, with the ability to deliver comprehensive care management and ensure the availability of necessary stocks and supplies for scheduled procedures.

Key responsibilities include clearly explaining examination procedures to patients, obtaining informed consent where required, and assisting the Radiologist in performing interventional procedures while prioritizing patient comfort and procedural efficiency.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with government legislation and institutional policies.

  • Assessment and planning of individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and supplies are maintained for efficient procedure execution.
  • Clearly explain examination procedures to patients, ensuring they understand the nature and expected duration of each procedure.
  • Support the Radiologist in performing procedures while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure risks for patients, staff, and the public.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • At least one year of experience in radiology nursing.
  • Able to perform on-call duties as required.
