Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on local market standards.
Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize design work schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ensure all deliverables, including designs and drawings, meet project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the preparation of designs to ensure efficiency, coordination, and constructibility.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings according to project specifications, adhering to company guidelines and structural calculations.
- Collaborate with project teams, sub-contractors, suppliers, and factory teams to ensure timely completion.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or higher qualifications.
- At least 3 years of experience in designing window & door, curtain wall, claddings, etc.
- Familiarity with Autocad drafting and 3D software.
- Energetic, matured, creative, and innovative, with excellent communication skills.
- Bilingualism is preferred.
