Content Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to create engaging content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective content strategies, utilizing their knowledge of marketing principles and excellent copywriting skills.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing monthly social media posts with creative copywriting, graphics, and layouts.
  • Creating engaging short-form videos/reels with compelling captions and storytelling.
  • Producing high-quality content for brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials.
  • Maintaining and updating product listings, images, and descriptions for our online store.
  • Managing and growing our presence on social media platforms, working with a social media assistant on performance tracking and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitoring and responding to social media messages and comments promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Planning and executing customer engagement initiatives to encourage authentic content sharing.
  • Working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to boost brand awareness and reach.
  • Conducting A/B testing for marketing campaigns and optimizing strategies based on results.
  • Refining social media strategies for better engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to align content with business goals.

Requirements include:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic/video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills.
