Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM expert to collaborate with our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in local construction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate 3D models and shop drawings for authority submissions and construction using BIM software.
  • Maintain up-to-date 3D models and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
  • Detect potential clashes and inform the Project Design Team.
  • Support the Project Design Team in managing RFIs.
  • Meet drawing submission deadlines.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in local construction (preferably contractor firm).
  • Proficiency in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation – AECOsim.
  • Experience in producing shop drawings.
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
