Job Description:

As a seasoned Python Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and validation of cutting-edge Generative AI systems. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate and customize the Guardrail library to enforce safety, reliability, and compliance in GenAI outputs.

You will design and implement robust test and validation scripts, particularly for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. To succeed in this role, you must have strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures, and familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks.

A successful candidate will also have experience with libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar, as well as knowledge of prompt engineering and model governance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for testing and validating GenAI models.
  • Build the Guardrail library to enforce output constraints and safety checks.
  • Design validation frameworks for RAG-based GenAI systems.
  • Collaborate with AI Governance team and product teams to ensure seamless integration of GenAI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • More than 1 year of experience in Gen AI Engineering, preferably more than 3 years in AI Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures.
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks.
  • Experience with libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar is a plus.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and model governance is desirable.
