Corporate Communications Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Communications professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a senior-level communications expert to drive strategic messaging, content development, and campaign execution across various platforms. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to internal stakeholders, developing and implementing effective communication plans, and monitoring outcomes to recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to engage internal and external audiences
  • Craft high-quality content for organisational initiatives, staff communications, and external platforms
  • Plan and execute engaging campaigns that highlight milestones, programmes, and innovations
  • Support crisis and issues communications by developing response materials and participating in preparedness exercises
  • Drive employee engagement through communication plans that strengthen organisational culture and values
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications within the healthcare sector
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in managing multiple communication channels, including internal platforms and social media
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
