Process Universe Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Lead to join our team. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to develop and maintain a consistent and robust process universe for the Bank.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, driving process excellence and transformation across the organization. You will have the chance to collaborate with senior management, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, and Domain Owners to identify opportunities and challenges, and drive activities to simplify, digitize, standardize, and automate key processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a consistent and robust process universe for the Bank, partnering with key stakeholders.
- Engage with Global Process Owners, Product Owners, and Domain Owners to educate them on roles and responsibilities, ensuring they deliver expected outcomes.
- Builddeliver what is expected of them – ensuring SCB has the right people with the right skill set and competencies to drive transformation at scale and fulfill their obligations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years in the project/programme/portfolio management space, supporting or delivering mid-large size, complex initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Bank, including key processes, stakeholder groups, and other taxonomies (e.g. M7, service catalogue).
- Knowledge of process taxonomies, ORX, and process management tooling (ARIS tool to host the Bank's process universe, host data points, generate insights and meaningful MI for senior management).
- Strategic thinking, ability to identify opportunities and translate into roadmap and actionable plan.
- Strong influencing and communication skills – oral, written, and presentation.
