Senior Nutritionist Role

Are you a highly skilled and proactive nutrition professional looking to advance your career in clinical nutrition? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nutritionist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based nutritional assessments and interventions to patients with kidney disease, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes. This role requires a strong background in clinical nutrition, with experience in delivering tailored nutrition counselling and interventions to meet individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutritional consultations to patients and caregivers.
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care and support quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics, including completion of a clinical dietetics internship.
  • Membership with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association is recommended.

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in a related healthcare setting.
