Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced derivatives broker to join our team. As a derivatives broker, you will be responsible for arranging derivatives transactions for clients, providing market insights and analysis, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives broking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange derivatives transactions for clients
  • Provide market insights and analysis to clients
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Participate in regulatory training and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Support the onboarding team with AML/KYC due diligence queries
  • Represent the company at industry events and initiatives
  • Travel and attend client social events as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives broking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good commercial instinct and negotiation skills
  • Confident and able to work well under pressure
