Job Title: Care and Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care and Education Professional.

About the Role
  • Design and implement engaging daily programs for primary school children (primary 1 to 5) in accordance with established centre policies and guidelines.
  • Guide students to complete their daily homework and assist with academic progress, promoting a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record individual student progress, addressing educational and developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare and maintain teaching resources, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Maintain strong relationships with children and parents through regular communication.
  • Conduct enrichment programs designed to foster personal growth and development.
  • Model positive behavior, demonstrating creativity and a champion mindset.
  • Apply positive discipline techniques at all times.
  • Ensure student safety during transfer from school to the centre.
Requirements
  • Possess a GCE A Levels or Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in teaching primary school students is advantageous.
  • Able to guide students in various primary school subjects.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Display enthusiasm, energy, and a positive mindset for continuous learning and growth.
