Job Description

The Senior Enterprise Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of risk management frameworks, internal control systems, and risk mitigation strategies across the organization to ensure effective risk management and governance practices. This includes preparing and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management framework, designing and implementing internal control systems, identifying control weaknesses, documenting deficiencies, and developing recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.

The role also involves preparing and maintaining Risk Registers (RCSA), conducting regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps, communicating methodologies for risk mitigation to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and updating the Enterprise Risk Policy to accommodate changing regulatory and strategic scenarios.

Furthermore, the Senior Enterprise Risk Manager will assist Principal Risk Owners in identifying key risks and mitigating controls, prepare and present reports for various committees within the organization, and provide oversight and guidance on the development and implementation of risk management strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in finance, management, risk management, or a related field from a reputable institute is required.
  • Certifications such as FRM, CFA, CBCP, and similar qualifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a similar role with knowledge and understanding of the Exchange ecosystem and operations is essential.
