We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to manage the company's accounts payable and its administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable, converting GRNs and entering invoices in Microsoft BC, matching supplier invoices with purchase orders/delivery orders and preparing payment vouchers. They will also be responsible for reconciling supplier statements of accounts with vendor ledger records, maintaining and upkeeping accounts payable invoices, debit/credit notes and assisting with quarterly and year-end stock-take.
In addition, they will ensure proper filing and archiving of documents and assist with audits and other tasks as assigned by their superior.
