Job Title: Gymnastics Coach

The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced gymnastics coach with a passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for gymnasts of all skill levels
  • Provide expert instruction and feedback to gymnasts, emphasizing proper technique and safety
  • Assist in planning and executing gym events, meets, and competitions
  • Maintain accurate records of gymnast progress and communicate regularly with parents
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with FIG coaching certification and National Levels Program requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to relate to students, parents, teachers, and colleagues
  • Able to work cohesively in a team-based environment and independently
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed primarily in a school or indoor sports facility setting
  • May involve occasional weekend or evening work
