Robotics Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Robotics Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take full responsibility for their work, actively seek solutions, and are eager to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deployment: Commission and set up robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation.
  • Servicing: Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
  • User Training: Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
  • Remote Support: Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in technical support or servicing, in robotics or automation.
