We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in internal auditing, risk management and compliance. As an Internal Audit Leader, you will be responsible for leading our internal audit program, developing audit plans, conducting audits, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our internal audit plan and ensure it aligns with our strategic objectives;">
  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes;">
  • Provide recommendations for improvement and implement changes as necessary;">
  • Manage and supervise a team of auditors to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively;">
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate risks and improve business processes.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;">
  • Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA);">

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
