Job Title: Air Conditioning Technician

Job Description:

As an Air Conditioning Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems. You will work on various types of air conditioning equipment, including residential and commercial units.

Responsibilities include conducting general servicing for aircon systems, conducting chemical overhaul for aircon systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing aircon systems, proposing and upselling aircon services to customers, performing site surveys and advising customers on installation details, daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a customer-facing personality, be friendly and patient, able to handle physical work due to job nature, able to use simple mobile technology, open to learning, have handyman work experience, effective handling of fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints, Class 3 License would be an added advantage.

Other requirements include 6 days work week (8.30am to 5.30pm).
