The Operations Control Centre is a critical component of our organization, responsible for ensuring the safe and timely operation of all handled flights.
As an Operations Control Centre Supervisor, you will be the focal point of contact on the day of operations for a flight, making key decisions and providing guidance to Services Delivery Teams.
- Collate operational messages and communicate regularly with Service Delivery Teams and Flight In-charge to ensure message delivery and flight requirements are covered.
- Implement day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
Job DescriptionEnsure precision time schedules for flight activities and requirements are met, including non-schedule and chartered flights.
Take immediate action to rectify irregular operations through resource deployment and formulation of recovery plans to optimize turnaround performance.
Manage CAG Airport Collaborative Decision Making (ACDM) TOBT processes.
Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 'O' Level or Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in aviation industry or Operations Control Centre in another industry.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with excellent communications skills.
