Event Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced event management specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses exceptional communication skills.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events that promote IT training programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate various events such as conferences, workshops, and product launches.
  • Research and recommend suitable venues and vendors that fit the occasion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and team members.
  • Manage logistics, including event scheduling, venue bookings, permits, and booth setup arrangements.
  • Oversee event execution from planning to on-site supervision, teardown, and reporting.
  • Record post-event performance data, customer feedback, and insights.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Events Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination and management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity tools.
