We are seeking a visionary Physics Application Leader to spearhead the commercialization of cutting-edge detection technologies.


This pivotal role involves translating strategic vision into tangible results while leading high-impact R&D initiatives from laboratory to marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion technology development from initial concept through full-scale industrial deployment.
  • Design and execute comprehensive experimental programs, translating data into strategic roadmaps.
  • Enhance existing detection capabilities while pioneering next-generation measurement methodologies.
  • Direct R&D laboratory operations and cultivate team excellence.
  • Orchestrate collaborations with external partners and subcontractors for advanced manufacturing.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and training to clients as their trusted advisor.
  • Accelerate proof-of-concept development for rapid concept validation.
  • Deliver precise, actionable reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Physics or related field OR 8+ years of equivalent senior-level experience.
  • Specialized expertise in radiation sources, spectroscopy, or detection device technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in technology commercialization and industrial manufacturing.
  • Leadership Excellence.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, international project teams in complex technical environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to distill complex scientific concepts for varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with solutions-oriented approach.
